Who we
are:
The Goshen Stars Soccer Club is affiliated with the Goshen Youth Soccer
Organization (GYSO). The purpose of
the Stars is to promote the development of select/travel teams for the more
highly skilled youth players to play in area leagues and tournaments. The program will provide quality soccer
playing opportunities for youth with the desire to maximize their soccer
potential. |

The
league we play in:
Stars
teams play in the Northern Indiana Soccer League (NISL) - (http://www.nislsoccer.com) The league includes teams
from Ft. Wayne, Middlebury, Chesterton, Elkhart, South Bend, Warsaw and
Wawasee. NISL officers volunteer their
time to organize the league. Each year
you pay a fee for your child to play in the league. Most of the funds go to pay
officials for the soccer games.
The
state organization our league participates in:
NISL is a part of the Indiana Youth Soccer Association (IYSA) - (http://www.indianayouthsoccer.org). Each year you pay a fee to have your child registered with the association. In order to play on a traveling team your child must be registered with the state association.
